Our Service

Navigate to the Buy Now page of the website and choose the test you would like to buy.

Enter your personal details to set up your account. This will allow you, and you alone, to access your results over a secure network.

Enter your credit or debit card details on our secure payment gateway.

We will send the testing kit by Royal Mail first class to the UK address that you have specified. You should receive it the next day.

You send your sample back in the reply paid envelope.

When your results are back from the lab they will be placed on a secure login area which can only be accessed by you, by entering your confidential password and login. This ensures complete confidentiality and is much safer than receiving your results by e-mail.

If you have used our service before, all you need to do is login to your account and select the type of test that you would like. Pay with your card and we will despatch the testing kit immediately.

If you would prefer a face to face consultation then we can organise this for you. If you require a test for HIV, Hepatitis or Syphilis then we recommend Freedom Health in Harley Street.
