Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000, we are obliged to state the following:

2. Description of Materials Stocked

The STI Clinic supplies home testing kits for sexually transmitted infections which can be detected from a urine sample.  The sample must be returned to our associated laboratory for tests to be run before the results can be known.  A full list of products is available on this website

3. Price

The price varies depending on the test requested and a full price list is available on this website next to the list of tests available.

4. Delivery

All orders received before 5.00 pm Monday to Friday will be despatched that day by First Class Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on your preference, so the order should arrive the next morning. If your order has not arrived within 2 business days after it is sent we will happily despatch a replacement at no extra cost to you. If both testing kits then arrive, you should only return one testing kit to the laboratory.  Costs of postage and packaging vary depending on the shipping method that you choose. We charge £1.25 for First Class Post; £4.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery and £7.95 for international items.

5. Payment

At present we accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo.

We do not accept personal cheques or postal orders.

6. Right to Cancel and Refunds

You have 7 days after the delivery of your test to cancel your order.  A full refund will be given.  If your test has already been carried out within this 7 day period then you no longer have the right to cancel.
You statutory rights are not affected.
